Shipping + Returns
All shipments go through Canada Post and leave from Almonte, ON, Canada.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the best rates available through Canada Post and include tracking and insurance.
We will do our best to package up your order and ship it to you within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order is shipped.
Orders can take between 5-10 business days to arrive to Canadian destinations.
We cannot ship furniture at this time. All furniture is available for in-store pick-up or local delivery only. Please see the map for local delivery zones and rates.
In fact, ALL our items are available for FREE in-store pick-up. Come and visit us!
Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be in original condition.
Returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the date your order was shipped from us to you.
Your return/exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Refunds are issued back through your original form of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you bring your item for return to the store we can offer you store credit or exchange only, as our payment terminal cannot process returns for on-line purchases.
FINAL SALE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
All one-of-a kind antique or vintage items, including furniture.
All auction or sale items.
All Annie Sloan paint, wax and lacquer.
